Print Screen does not print due to image copied to clipboard.
Cause:
In Windows 95, pressing PRINT SCREEN copies an image of the screen to the clipboard.
Solution:
Press PRINT SCREEN. Click the 'Start' button and select 'Programs'. Select 'Accessories' and select 'WordPad'. Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'. Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. Select the desired options and click 'OK'.
1) Press PRINT SCREEN to capture the desired screen image.
NOTE: If an MS-DOS application is running, press ALT+PRINT SCREEN.
2) Open WordPad:
a) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
b) Select 'Programs' and select 'Accessories'. (A submenu appears.)
c) Select 'WordPad'. (The 'Document - WordPad' window appears.)
3) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'. (The screen image is pasted in the open document.)
4) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The 'Print' dialog box appears.)
5) Select the desired printer from the 'Name' drop-down list.
6) In the 'Print Range' group, do one of the following:
a) To print all of the pages, select the 'All' radio button.
b) To specify the pages to print, select the 'Pages' radio button and type the first and last page numbers in the 'From' and 'To' boxes.
7) In the 'Copies' group, type the number of copies in the 'Number of copies' box.
8) (Optional) Select the 'Collate' check box to print the pages in proper binding order.
NOTE: Depending on your printer settings, this option may not be available.
9) Click 'OK' to print the document.
